How it works for operators

Apply by Playbook

No CV. No résumé. You map your execution history to one or more of the four situational playbooks. Each entry is a mandate you have owned: the situation, what you did, and the measurable outcome.

Pass Verification

Your track record is reviewed by the platform — a combination of structured due diligence and AI-assisted validation. This is not a reference check. It is a confirmation that your playbook entries are accurate and that your experience is material to the mandates Valence OS services.

Receive Match Requests

When a client mandate aligns with your playbook, you receive an anonymous brief. The situation, the scope, the timeline. No client name. No company name. You decide whether to confirm interest before anything is disclosed.

Mutual confirmation triggers the introduction. Identity exchange is simultaneous — both sides know at the same moment. The engagement terms are defined. The NDA is executed. The work begins.

Valence OS reviews every submission directly. This is not an automated screening — a member of the platform team will read what you submit. If your playbook is a fit for active or anticipated mandates, you will hear from us within five to seven business days with a specific conversation, not a generic response.

What you submit here becomes the basis of your Playbook Card — the only document clients ever see. Approach it the way you would approach a board-level briefing: precise, outcome-specific, and stripped of anything that doesn't speak directly to what you can execute.

Write in third person. State your functional focus, the organizational scale you operate at (revenue, headcount, or transaction size), and the type of mandate you are built for. Do not include your employment history — that belongs in Playbook Outcomes. Do not include your name, LinkedIn URL, or contact details. Three to five sentences.

For each outcome, follow this structure: Situation → Action → Result. Include two to four entries. Entries should reflect mandates you have owned end-to-end, not advisory or contributory involvement.
